The Good Practices library is organised into two complementary areas: the Cluster Solutions Library and the Policy Toolkit.

The Cluster Solutions Library showcases proven initiatives and successful approaches implemented by clusters, policymakers and other stakeholders across a wide range of industrial ecosystems. These practices highlight how clusters contribute to competitiveness, innovation, sustainability, digitalisation, internationalisation, skills development, and regional economic growth.

Policy Toolkit

The policy Toolkit provides inspiration, policy measures and actionable approaches from the cluster ecosystem, helping policymakers, cluster organisations and regional authorities in designing and implementing policies that unlock the full potential of clusters as drivers of innovation, competitiveness and sustainable growth.
